Flexibility, Wellness & Balance
At our company, not one size fits all. We offer a variety of work-life balance options for different positions at the company. Some of those options include, 9/80 Flex Schedule, Relax and Decompress (RAD) Days and early closure days before holidays. Additionally, we proudly support health and wellness initiatives, that enhance our coworker’s quality of life.
9/80 Flex Schedule
Eligible branches have the opportunity to work 80 hours over the course of 9 days, rather than 10. This gives coworkers every other Friday off, that’s 26 three day weekends a year! The flex schedule is designed to provide a better balance of all aspects of your life, maximize results and productivity, and maintain perspective.
Relax and Decompress (RAD) Days
RAD Days are an incentive program for some of our management, admin and corporate positions that cannot sign-up for the flex schedule and can include birthday vacation days and abbreviated seasonal hours.
5-by-5 Sabbatical
Every 5 years, we want our Coworkers to get some extra time to recharge and rest with a 5-Day Sabbatical.
